The short version: Agora does not accept returns, because Agora never sells, ships, or charges you for products. Every order is placed with — and fulfilled by — an independent store, and returns are handled by each store separately under that store’s own return policy.
Agora is a marketplace that brings together footwear from hundreds of independent stores. When you check out, you complete the purchase on the store’s own secure Shopify checkout. That store is the seller of record: it charges your payment method, ships your order, and is your point of contact for anything after the sale — including returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Refunds are issued by the store you purchased from, to the payment method you used at their checkout, on their timeline. Agora never holds your money and therefore cannot issue, delay, or expedite a refund.
If you’re not sure which store an item came from, the Orders page keeps a record of every checkout you started here, including the store’s name and a link to its site. Product pages also name the store under “Sold & shipped by.”
Agora is a product discovery marketplace and is not the seller of record for any purchase. This page describes how returns work across the marketplace; the applicable return terms for any order are those of the store that sold it.
